Why I started Dual Living Rural Shed Homes
Dual Living Rural Shed Homes brings that experience into one clear focus: helping people create practical, comfortable homes designed around rural life.
That could mean a full-time family home, space for ageing parents or adult children, accommodation for guests, room for a workshop, or a flexible layout that may provide rental income.
I guide each client through feasibility, design, approvals and construction. I work with trusted designers, engineers, consultants and trades while remaining your experienced point of contact throughout the journey.
Licensed builder, property investor and your experienced point of contact from the first ideas through to construction and handover.
I’ve spent more than four decades in the building industry, working across new homes, renovations, subdivisions and property projects. I’ve also worked as a building inspector and experienced property from the perspectives of an owner, investor and landlord.
That experience has taught me that a successful home is about much more than construction. The land, layout, approvals, budget and the way you want to live all need to work together.
